Yes, the bookstore (Kinokuniya) inside sells manga, anime figurines & merch (especially lots of Studio Ghibli stuff). In the candy aisle of the grocery store they also sometimes sell anime themed candies with prizes/small figures inside.
Laura is very correct here. Kinokuniya is an amazing store that has a lot of different things. The video store has a small collection of anime videos, but the majority of it Is just movies in Japanese. You can find a few of the Hollywood anime movies in there as well.
