I would recommend Heartland Home Medical to anyone. We needed to purchase a lift chair for my mom. After doing our homework, we found they had the best selection and prices so we decided to go with them. The sales process was smooth, the sales associates were very professional and kind, and the delivery team was awesome. I wish I remembered everyone’s names to give them individual shout outs. When we had to exchange the lift chair for another, Rachel went above and beyond to coordinate the delivery of the new chair and pick up of the exchange.
