Yes meter parking except for concerts

Yes there are meters unless there is a concert at Huntington Bank pavilion or an event at Soldier Field.Then the "No Parking" signs are put up and the One armed Pirates(Tow trucks) come out.No Parking signs are put on the street light poles and tree trunks.
