Yes they have plenty of parking adequate parking you have to pay $1 25 for an hour

Yes. They are called JPAC. They publish a monthly newsletter with park happenings and their meeting schedule. They meet the 2nd Monday of every month at 7p at the field house. Hope you can join!

Yes. A few in the Japanese Garden area. It's an island surrounded by the lagoon. Also a bird sanctuary accessible by bridges.
My wife & I stopped by this morning (May 4, 2019). The cherry trees around the lagoon south of the MSI, are full of flower buds, but no blossoms yet. Tribune article last Sunday indicted that peak bloom time would be around Mother's Day -- which looks like things are right on track for that to happen. Peace, Klaus Bloecks
