Anyone else get a fresh turkey that was frozen? Butcher said it was only flash frozen but even the giblets were frozen solid in mine.

I dont have the correct answer for you but my advice for you is to call the store and they should be able to answer your questions. Ask for the butcher. Hope this helps.
