We called last Saturday to report staining on our new quartz countertops. No one has called us back, we left a voicemail with the service department on Wednesday (no response) and called again this evening (no one picked up). Recommend by them to install quartz over granite to avoid lasting stains. Really disappointed at the quality for the price and no communication on after sales care.

Do not ever use this place. It took a whole month to fabricate and install my slab eccentric though the slab was in stock. And then after I signed the contract I learned they won’t remove or reinstall the faucet. I’ve had granite placed in my houses 3 times before and all of them removed and replaced my faucet no extra charge. With GMT you have to spend an extra $300 on a plumber to remove and replace the faucet. Go somewhere where they remove and replace the faucet at no cost.

Hi Charles, Thanks for your inquiry. We have a minimum of $195 for service calls, and that is probably the maximum to get this done for you. We drill holes on site, make cooktop holes larger, fix cracks and chips and reseal natural stone. All these are a standard $195 per hour except re sealing which is charged by the square foot.

I purchase my granite counters from you years ago and still love them. But I do have a question the one counter is a bit long and makes it hard to fit a bigger refrigerator. Can this be done?What would it cost? Sue Sloan

This happens all the time. Appliances go and there is no exact size replacement. There are various ways to modify the opening ,but only by taking a look at this live and on site, can we determine the best path/cost to solve, to shortening this top.
