I thought I was actually going to sit and talk to a Dr about a diagnosis and a plan. That’s not what happened. I saw the Dr for 10 min and he said let’s do injections. I had MRIs done and I still don’t know what they showed. Im just supposed to schedule injections and start that process. I’m so disappointed. I was really hoping I found a place where I can feel like I am being treated as a whole person and not just a customer. However, everyone I have encountered has been very friendly and professional. From reading other reviews I still hope that they can help with my pain. Just don’t expect the things they claim on their website. ***UPDATE- I never went back. The person who does the insurance preauthorization botched things and then lied to me. Outright lied on the phone. Thankfully I was able to straighten things out. I did get my mris. Don’t ask me what they say because I was never told. They just wanted me to make an appointment for the injections. The whole process was unpleasant and I don’t know who is writing these other reviews but I had a horrible experience.

I continue to receive $700 invoices for a urine test from my first visit. I call and they tell me to ignore, but the lab keeps sending the invoices and calling saying my account will be sent to collections. I've called Illinois Pain & Spine about 4 times inquiring why they are charging this much. They say it shouldn't be and don't pay it, but I continue to receive the invoices and calls. I just called them again asking to resolve. I'll keep the review updated with the result.

When I came to my first appointment with Dr. Yaccob, I had severe pain in my lumbar lower back area. I am now pain free. Doctor Yaccob and Dr. P along with his wife are absolutely amazing!
