My Father Mir Hashmi stayed at Alden Estates if Barrington. I have to say that this place is very genuine. They treat patients, seniors as their family. When my Dad got moved her I went to visit him I felt like this is a Resort not a nursing facility. People are awesome Nancy provided outstanding service and support. Doctor Sood, NP Chistine, Social Worker, Nurses, CNA, PT and OT everyone here is passionate and very loving and caring. Thank you from bottom of my heart for everything you do. My mom just arrived for rehab late last night. We are new to the world of rehab / nursing home facilities so my experience in this area is limited. However, I did not want to pass up the opportunity to give a shout out to Arnie (the occupational therapist). He was a Godsend. His demeanor and expertise were incredible. The interaction with him alone has given me faith in my mom’s recovery journey at Alden. Our hope is that she’s not there too long, but I look forward to posting another review with the outcome of the cumulative experience when she is ready to be discharged.

My mom received great care. I was a little disappointed with the communication with social services. But Cecil and Joan were fantastic along with one of the other caregivers whose name I can’t recall.
