Cute library with a slide, Lego room, chalk board, light peg board and an interactive floor. My kids range from 1 to 12 yrs and every one enjoyed it there

Yes. If you are a Barrington Area Library cardholder, place your hold requests through the online Library Catalog. When your items are ready for pick-up, you'll get an email notification. Parking Lot Pick-Up service is available Mon-Fri, 1 - 6 PM; Sat, 9 AM - 1 PM: and Sun, 1 - 5 PM. Visit balibrary.org for all details and to place your holds. Thank you!

Don't know if there is a notary here and, actually, I doubt it. Usually, there is a notary at the bank you bank at. Also, most currency exchanges have a notary on duty.
