Yep. Help is more interested in joking loudly with each other than working. Managers clearly don't, or at least not well.
Well, fast food places are usually like that. I suggest, that every time before you leave the place, check your order, and if it's not right, or something's wrong with it, Say something about it. Get a refund, get what you asked for, or demand what you wanted.
You have to check everything before you leave. That goes for the other establishments as well.
