What do you get in the 1/8 beef and 1/4 beef?

I got a quarter beef and with my order it had about 6 filets, 12 Ribeyes, 1 brisket, about 8 roasts, 40 lbs hamburger, 6 sirloins and about 16 lbs stew meat. All my steaks are cut 2 inches thick
