I had a flat tire on I-40 Westbound, and within 30 minutes, Korey was there, had my car on his flatbed, and was taking me back to their shop. Unfortunately my tire couldn’t be plugged, but they found me a donut, gave it to me for free, put my back tire up front, and the donut on the back, so I would have a good drive tire, and got me on my way, free of charge! Between Progressive roadside assistance and these guys, it didn’t cost me a dime to get going again, and I’m so thankful they came to help me!

Our truck transmission failed in Dandridge TN while we were traveling to KY. We were towing a horse in a horse trailer. J Hooks responded right away and actually offered to shelter our horse so she would not get overheated while we were waiting for a tow! Blake T. the driver was very helpful, as were all the folks at J Hooks. We are very appreciative of their kindness for our precious cargo and their prompt response.
