1st time buyer... I ordered a 1/8 cow, for $300, plus card processing fee (so $309.00). We picked up the meat, and some of it was not vacuumed sealed completely. Everything had individual pricing on it, as if for retail. No big deal, however, we decided to add up the dollar amounts listed on the packages. It came up to $294.63! (less than what I paid!) I tried contacting Bryant via Facebook messenger. They looked at the message, but never responded or even attempted to correct anything. So they charged me MORE than when I actually received. (thieves!) I figured buying in bulk would be the better option, but apparently I just got RIPPED OFF! As for the quality (of what we've tasted so far),... the hamburger had very large fat chunks in it - to the point we had to pull it out of our mouth because it was inedible. Extremely disappointing for the money spent. I am not one to write a bad review without allowing the company/person to fix their errors, however it has been over a week and I have not gotten a message or phone call back with any type of remedy for correcting their flaws. So now I will make everyone aware - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY SHOPPING AT BRYANT BEEF!!! *packaging images attached*

Great prices, very friendly customer service, I got to pick out what I wanted. They also deliver. Best part I wanted hormone free beef and I got some. Thank you Bryant Beef for an amazing experience we will be back
