Yes you do… I went this morning 7/12/22 and I needed an appointment.
No you don't need appointment no there's not a limit you cant bring item no later then hour before they close. No clothes in garbage bags is accepted in they are extremely picky so make sure your items are up to date in in good shape... You also can call them before you go to see what they are accepting at that time hope this help
