Resident for about 6 months: Beautiful space to live & updated. Great Pool. Getting a hold of the office: Does not return phone calls or emails. Only way to get anything done is going there. Also, I have the same address number as the person across from me just different street names and our packages always get mixed up and USPS has misplaced a lot of my stuff due to that fact. Things that could be responded to so simply and are not is what is frustrating.

Encore Townhomes is a beautiful place to live. Jackie and the staff at Encore were very professional. The homes are well maintained. I lived there for almost 5 years and I can honestly say that I have no complaints. I would highly recommend Encore to anyone. Great place to live! :-)

Encore has been awesome to my family and I. Management is great and friendly. Jackie and company always there to answer anything you need. Maintenance, if ever needed is always quick and gets it done fast and right. We really enjoyed our 4 years here. Would recommend 100% to anyone. Great place and location to live.
