Sent someone to my home that was totally unprofessional, not dressed as employee, no name tag, had 0 knowledge of who i was or anything else about my account. I almost didn't open the door because he didn't look ,nor was he dressed as an aarons employee.

The last time I did business with them, they had catalogs of inventory they could order, a lot of rental places have a large amount of product that isn't actually carried in their stores for liability purposes and not every location has things that other stores have because they keep things on site that reflects well on other purchases customers Previously made. I personally stopped using Aarons because I've had problems with several employees from different stores. My family and I feel with 2 stores exclusively. Leisure Tyme and Rent a Center, both on the Talbert Blvd. If you go to leisure Tyme tell Ed, Linda Hardy sent you and they'll take good care of you. The same for RAC, ask for AW, tell him Will Mason said you were the best. Hope that helps you find what you need.
Choose another store. These folks can't keep up with their account information and will needlessly harass you, your family and friends. They are good to you untill THEY make a mistake and then penalize you. Go elsewhere for your own good
