What is wrong with you making something out to be racist when it's not. Don't you have anything better to do but to cause problems. Instead of being a racist yourself why couldn't you contact the company and ask them if they would put some models in sales book of different nationalities, maybe they weren't even thinking about what color models are in the book not everyone thinks about those kind of things.
