This store is guilty of pink pricing. If you aren't familiar with the term it's when they intentionally charge more for women's products when it's worth the same amount as men's products. In this store you can find a playboy shirt for women. It was $17. Go to the back in the men's section and you find a playboy shirt of the same quality for $7. There is no excuse for this, its just plain sexism. Also they have a bunch of brand new belts in their packages from Shein which leads me to believe they are buying bulk from Shein. Shein is a terrible fast fashion company. Nobody should support it. Do not come here especially if you are a woman.

love this location! i sold clothing here awhile ago and they gave me 125$ for it! i had to wait a bit but they were very apologetic and helpful and i didn’t mind the wait at all. there’s a kid who works there who always compliments the clothes you purchase too!

I went to sell some items brand new clothes and shoes and boots. Plus size clothes with tags still on them. They wanted 2 pair of my new shoes and that was it and offer me $20… That’s ok give me my shoes back. Then tell me my clothes were out dated.. I laughed, for one I bought these clothes and shoes last year, 2nd I work in retail for years and one thing I do know is quality of clothes. Now what’s out dated is the stuff you got in there now. And I felt like my stuff was being discriminated.. I would give my things to the Salvation Army before I deal with this location again. And then someone offer me $30 for a pair of the new gym shoes and $20 for the new Vera Bradley bag.

So last weekend I went to the Plato’s Closet on Hall road and I found a rust colored timberline boot. So you have to ask some who work there to get the other shoe because they only have one on the sales floor. So I took the boot and let the young lady know I wanted this boot and she said that she has to go in the back to find it and it may take a while. Well she came back 2 min later talking about she can’t find it. I was so upset. Then she took my number and told me she would look for it and call me when she found it. I never received a call a whole week later. So I went back today and I saw the same girl but I asked another young lady by the name of Nelley about the boot and she found the one boot still the counter and she went to the back and was back there for about 15 min. I was so happy because she actually took the time and found it for me. I really appreciate her for that. I think she deserves a raise. She was absolutely amazing and her customer service is phenomenal. Thank you for everything!!! She deserves a raise for real.
