There aren't any fenced off leash "dog park" areas in the way you would think of one housed in a community park. The park is more nature trails which are fine to have dogs on as long as you pick up after them.
You can take your dog anywhere and must supervise them, but must clean up after them wherever they go (pun intended)
I haven't seen anywhere you can't bring your dog at Jacobsburg, I would say the whole area is dog friendly.
Dogs are allowed but not free to roam. Yesterday, I counted 24 dogs in an hour hike. One white shepherd was not leashed but walked alongside owner. Remember dog owners should p/u after your pet and you feed, care, love your dog and shouldn't expect your pet to treat strangers the same.
Yes, it does
