My two-year-old enjoys the hike, especially swimming in the creek!

I love this place for it's trails. Some trails are for you to walk with your dog, bike riding and other trails are for horse riding. Stunning rock formations by the water aside from seeing the Jacobsburg homes and reading their story while walking the trails. While you are walking you can get a feeling of how it was living there in those times. Interesting.... Some animals & beautiful birds in these trails. πππ Bathrooms and parking available.

There is already grills there , however I do see people bringing their own from time to time to be able to cook more food at once .
Yes there are some designated areas for picnics and grills already in place .
Yes. There is a nice flat area at the top of the park with picnic benches
Not right now
Stone paths no paving
Many areas are posted so you will have to find where you can and cannot.
Yes for both trout and horses
Biking trails are mostly in the upper area where the tall grass grows. You can bike on at least some of the lower areas but I don't recall exactly which. If you're referring to a hybrid more on the mountain bike end of the spectrum you should be okay. The trails are not gravel or paved.
Yes, my dog eats horse poop on those trails all the time. They are wide, scenic and have very little foot traffic. Lots of shallow water to splash in.
There aren't any fenced off leash "dog park" areas in the way you would think of one housed in a community park. The park is more nature trails which are fine to have dogs on as long as you pick up after them.
