They treat agency like garbage, cause they are jealous…. Horrible place to work. If it wasn’t for agency they would all be suffering haha. Besides that always short staffed!

Worked here during covid as a agency CNA. I can honestly say as a cna I'm appreciated and have flexible scheduling. Nurses and other CNA are all very friendly to me. Upper management is friendly. Allowed me to do 12hr shifts. Kitchen for staff on every floor.

They care for all the elderly .they have a wide vierity of care there .they have really good care
You may be calling at the time when there is only 2 aids and 2 nurses in the floor since you did say old building or tower either way the workers are doing there very best to make every resident happy generally the best time to call any floor is between 7 and 8 PM there after everyone wants to be first
The best bet is to call or visit whomever you are trying to send this paperwork too......with Covid it's been hard to get a hold of people.
