Hi Nancy, if you go on their website you can find all the options they have. I know for a fact they use sugar as I inquired before about a sugar free option. Not sure about gluten. Hope this helps.
Yes, they have gluten free cakes as an option. I did not order there gluten-free but if it is anything like their other cakes it has to be great.
