I am two weeks into a disastrous washing machine experience at Lowes in Downingtown. They use outside co tractors who do not speak any English. When the installation went badly it was impossible to communicate with the installers. Still not fixed!

So I'm part of the MST team and don't handle anything of that sort best option would be to call the store and explain the issue we will contact the third party any info gou have on the workers doing the install will help us help you and I apologize for the poor experience
