It's interesting to see the recent reviews not align with my experiences, because I've had nothing but amazing customer service, transparency, responsiveness and great results since first meeting them. I've lived in the area for over 20 years, and Daily's has been by far the best partner to work with in that time. They've helped me with everything from getting a 30 year-old chainsaw running again, to annual Exmark mower maintenance, to even helping order new equipment and more. For my money and time, I highly recommend them, and plan on working with them well into the future.

I had a terrible experience! Dropped off my two presser-washers to be serviced and tuned up . Was told to drop off the two washers complete with hoses and guns . Check . Was told one was bad , check . Upon getting home I realized there was only one gun . So far everything is okay. Called and explained my findings, was told to come in the gun might be in the shop . Nope . Then I was made to feel that it was my fault and that I lost the gun . Unhappy the owner took another gun from another client and gave it to me . Said to me “ when you find it let me know .” Ditto pal ! Got to the job site and fired up my machine and much to my disbelief it wasn’t drawing any of the chemicals. Waisted two hours of un billable hours . Went on YouTube and fixed the injector myself . It was completely clogged . So in no way was my presser washer even tested . Oh and one other thing , wire-tied to my hose was a quick connector that doesn’t belong to me or even fit either of my machines. Wonder who else was blamed for something that wasn’t their fault ? I actually went and ordered a new and better gun too .

They performed work I didn’t ask for adding to my bill then charge $100 a hour for small engine repair! The unwanted tune up did not even make my equipment start any faster or run better. I really wanted to support a small local Buisness; guess I will travel to my old repair shop where I am treated fairly.
