I support an individual with Intellectual Disabilities who recently moved into Chester County. Initially, I was thrilled with Rover and worked with them for weeks, filling out all the necessary documentation, reaching out to doctors, etc. After finally getting everything in, which took a few weeks, I am now being told that he can not utilize Rover. The time and effort that went into this was countless hours and if they had a better system, they could have saved me all the time and effort I put in to get him rides to ad from work. Now I have to start from step one with another company and we will be unable to get transportation set up in time for his work. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have no complaints about the people on the phone at Rover. They are always nice and try to be helpful. Unfortunately, for my disabled daughter is trying to rely on this service to get to and from work. The scheduled arrival time will change every few minutes until eventually being too late for her to get to work. Her pickup time has the opposite problem where they want to come 45 minutes before the scheduled time and way before she gets off of work. On top of the that the online schedule system has been broken for weeks. Chester County needs to hold Krapf to provide more reliable service for the disabled, especially when you still have to pay $4.25 just to ride for 5 miles.

Not the best service to get you to work makes you late to work a lot & makes you late to doctors appointments

Horrible service, fire Wayne Robinson and maybe things will get better there. EDIT: its been 3 years and Rover is not any better, possibly even worse. The receptionists abruptly hang up on you after telling you that the ride you tried to book almost one month in advance is not available, nothing is ever available. This business should be shut down immediately but its not because of its government contracts. Whoever decided to give Rover a contract should be fired, voted out, whatever. Rover is a failure as a business.

You have to schedule a ride to be taken to the clinic and schedule a ride for pick up too, unfortunately. I was in that situation until I could drive myself and Rover reimburses for mileage to those receiving medical assistance. Not a bad deal, however, on occasion my check had been forgotten about and after several months of patiently waiting, I've had to call and/or mail a reminder. I received the check at the following months' payment times. All my paperwork was in on time, which is required in order to receive timely payments.
Unless I know for sure what you say is true? I don't believe we parked in handicap spot? To go into wawa! If we have handicap on board. And we are waiting on passenger that is also handicap. Then yes we can go into handicap parking. That is why are buses have that big blue handicap sticker on the back and on the plates.
Give rover call they may be able to assist you. There is also friends, family members, kraft transportation as well as uber and lytfe services. Best of luck too you
