Customer service is appalling. Asked an employee for help and he shook his head and walked away. Attempted to call to speak with a manager, called multiple times and was placed on hold twice, then disconnected. The woman at the customer service desk and the cashier were great, however all of the employees walking around the store will not even stop to direct you to the right person.

Last visit there, they have barriers for checkout, they clean the surface of the checkouts.
Lowes doesn't directly install/modify anything when it comes to having any bldg/remodeling done. What they do is sub-contract the work out to individual contractors that Lowes then has come to your home & tackle the customers project. It is also on average more expensive to have a Lowes sub-contractor do the work you need accomplished. Hope this helps you out.
