The garage has a cash kiosk on the upper level by the Union Street Entrance/Exit. Users can also pay directly at the entry and exit kiosks by credit card only. Rates are $1/hr and parking is free on Sunday.
Was there on 6/1/21, I used a credit card, a debit card should also be fine......no cash.
They still weren't charging as of two weeks ago.
