This place has gone downhill. Called to speak with a nurse, waited on hold for 25 mins till they picked up and immediately hung up on me. Called back right away got transferred to nurse and waited on hold for 15 mins for the nurse to tell me to go to urgent care. It was a simple thing not needing to go to urgent care. I will be finding another practice that cares about their patients.

Terrible practice. Keep me on the phone for 30-40 minutes for an appointment bouncing me between the nurses line and the front desk. I told them the issue multiple times and then at the end they told me I didn’t explain the issue correctly. They can’t see me for my urgent concern and that the specialist should be handling everything. Specialist informed me they never heard of a family doctor that acted like this and they normally work in a partnership with the specialist. Called another family doctor and they were able to see me without issue and the drama.
