I visit them at least 3 times per week as I recently retired and am doing several projects. There is always someone available to help me and I've received some awesome advice on these projects. It is easy to find things I need and such a better experience than going to Home Depot or Lowes where there are too many people and I can never get the help I need. I highly recommend using this local store even if it costs slightly more!

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE!!! I just had the most insulting experience I can recall in dealing with a retailer. When trying to return (again) a defective item that was supposed to be guaranteed for the life of the product, I was told by the manager that "you're done and we don't carry that product anymore." I asked, "Are you accusing me of arranging without good reason to return this product time and again because it doesn't last more than a season and it should?" The manager said, "yep." With this sort of attitude towards a customer who has patronized this store for 15 years, this store deserves everything that happens to it under its "new" ownership. If it can't keep longstanding customers, good luck developing new ones.

Asked for help and was met with an audible sigh. The salesman looked around like he wanted to pawn me off to someone else. I explained what I needed and even showed him a pic of the pipe that I overlayed with a tape measure to show the exact width. Couldn't bother looking at it, pulled a part off the hook and said that's what I needed. Nope...turns out it was the wrong size. Never again.
