Always shopped there until I purchased a product that did not work. Do not want to go into details but they would not take it back because they said it was used. If it worked I would not have been asking to return it! Very poor customer service. Why would I want to shop there if they don't care about satisfaction. Depot would be better. Very disappointed!

They charge a 3% fee on credit purchases and will not refund the money back if you return the item. I feel like they are stealing from their customers. Will not use this business in the future.

Not sure...my purchases have been for supplies like conduit, wire etc. Lamps etc. are retailed upstairs in showroom.
The electrical supplies counter is open at 7 a.m. you have to use the side entrance on the right side of the building
