It's open again now. It only has 2 spouts but they are flowing much faster than the previous ones.
You can get water from the same well by goin y p the south east corner of Liberty park. It's on corner of 1300 s 700 e
U know what, I just tried to go and get some water from the art well . It doesn't look they will b finished for a good minute. That is the best water in the world. They need to really hurry
