I lost internet service. My router message said to contact ISP to find out the root cause of DHCP failure. So, I did. The Xmission representative analyzed the problem and resolved the issue by contacting UTOPIA to have them correct their configuration. This was all done within a few minutes. Great service!

I've been with XMission for years, probably over 10 at least. Anyways, I recently had a problem where I used chat. Taylor did a great job helping me- while the problem wasn't some huge issue or anything, but was a couple of questions on some TV stuff and the network. My response was quick, no wait, and I was in and out within like 5 minutes on chat, with my answer. That was exactly what I wanted.

When you can have one person managing the tech support of several enterprise systems, while another streams games or podcasts, and the third can handle software development of video editing software and media for those software all at the same time is fantastic. Hands down better than Google fiber in every way

Please let your city council know that you would like UTOPIA Fiber in your city and encourage your neighbors to do the same. Looks like you can contact your council members here: https://www.loganutah.org/government/city_council/ When UTOPIA has a footprint, we'll be there to sign you up on day one!
Currently, we do not offer residential service in Herriman. Please reach out to your City Council about bringing UTOPIA Fiber to your community!
Unfortunately, we do not offer television service at this time, Bruce. At present, we recommend using a service like YouTube TV or Hulu with Live TV. Thanks for your question.
