I called and asked if a car was still there they said yes, I went it wasn't there. That's understandable however when I entered the office I didn't know who was in charge. The lady there just looked at me and was standing so I thought she was a customer until she finally said hi. She let me know she couldn't find the car and said to look the lot. She was unfamiliar of what they had when I asked her questions about a car similar. Not a big help. The service didn't make me feel comfortable on purchasing or made me want to spend money on anything there. ((Responding to owner)) I never wrote I went to the middle. Actually when I got there,, I entered the corner and the Real Deal Auto sign was above the door. It was the right place. It's unfortunate to lose out on money for lack of organization and communication.

Saw a car I liked on Craigslist and their website. They confirmed it was there. Drove 40 minutes to see it. It wasn’t. Drove back there again a few days later and suddenly the car was $1800 more than the $4k they had listed it at on both their website and Craigslist. Bait and switch. Shady business practices. Couldn’t recommend any less.
