I booked an appointment online, they called and told me they wouldn't be taking new clients at the time and that I wouldn't be charged. Low and behold I has charged and they never told me about it until months later when I actually did get an appointment...very deceptive and shady. If you accidentally charge a patient $150 for nothing wouldn't the ethical thing be to call and tell them and refund it? Not leave it and hope I don't notice
