I'm sorry you guys had a bad experience at his doctor's office I have been going to see him for at least 13 years my blood pressure was 200 over 200 that be this out of control have sleep apnea asthma and bronchitis I was near death he saved my life and I love him for that and you got to be talking about the new people

The front desk staff are rude and act like you are interrupting their time. They need employees that are FRIENDLY, WELCOMING AND WILLING TO HELP PEOPLE! Also, when/if you call, you’ll be on HOLD FOREVER-doesn’t matter which dept you are trying to get ahold of. They will also put you on hold without waiting to hear if you say “ok”. I understand that Drs offices get busy but multitasking AND COMPASSIONATE CUSTOMER SERVICE is a MUST! The PA I see and his medical assistant are really awesome and take the time I need when I see them. They’re the only reason I continue to return to that office!
