I strolled in today to buy blush and lipstick. As in previous visits no one asked if I needed help. One salesperson passed by twice and never acknowledged my presence let alone offered to help. I didn’t find what I wanted and left without making a purchase. No one seemed to notice. Maybe o don’t look like a person who might spent a lot of money.

I'm writing this review because of a horrible experience with an online purchase-overseas customer service that turned magnificent when I brought it to the attention of the store manager (St Charles). She over compensated more than I had expected to win my business back. I do believe your technical staff has work to do on the online site to review an order before placing especially because ordering on the phone has visibility issues (scrolling). Overall ladies, use your local store for product selections and always speak with a manager if you are in need. I am truly so impressed with how important they made me feel at the St Charles store. For the district/regional manager's attention - the offshore customer service does not do your organization any favors at all. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Come back to the US.
