No they don't accept either one of them. They accept credit and debt cards, cash, checks and Lowe's gift cards.

Yes, they do. You have to look for it, it's not easily found. Or, ask someone! :)
They also rent the equipment if you're a do it yourself person. They have some type of price break when you buy the insulation at the same time. Contact the Pro Service desk at the store for exact details.
