We trusted Atlas because of their recommendation from the "Better Business Bureau", however our experience has been upsetting. While part of the problem has been the Insurance Company, the entire quote paid was used for a leak in our lower level, which after (2) years is not fixed by what Atlas thought was the issue. We cushioned the pockets of the appraisers they work with to the tune of another $2000 to submit another quote. Since that was denied we are left with water that pours in during every rain and a denied claim.

The replacement of a roof typically takes Atlas one day to start and complete.
Atlas offers LPSmartSide, PlyGem Variform Vortex Extreme, Mastic, Aluminum, Steel, Cedar, Brick, Stone, EFIS to name a few.
Atlas will work with the Homeowners Insurance Company in negotiating and determining the scope of the project, executing the construction process and final billing the Insurance Company.
The process for a roof replacement starts with a free roof inspection, detailed estimate to follow, contract signing, permits pulled, material delivery, roof replacement and cleanup to follow.
Atlas provides an ice dam removal service using steaming equipment which does not damage the shingle. Also during a roof replacement we install the minimum code required Ice and Water-Shield material to help prevent water from entering the home during an ice damming scenario.
Atlas does provide gutters and gutter guards along with siding, windows and doors.
Examples and indicators of a roof needing replacement include, curled shingles, excessive granules in the gutters and downspouts, algae streaking, missing tabs, water stains on ceilings, recent hail/wind storms, and other factors.
Atlas always recommends a full tear off of any existing roofing material because a manufacturers warranty will not allow for new materials to be installed over old material.
