When I went to the Plano facility to receive care, the staff showed little concern and offered no helpful information. Following the confirmation of my results. I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do about the pain I was feeling, but nobody knew how to handle it or even had any suggestions. As a healthcare professional myself, I am quite disappointed because I had great expectations.

The staff was very nice and friendly but I don't think I will be going back because I was only prescribed allergy medicine for experiencing painful coughing and yellow mucus in lungs. When I called back after about a week because I am still experiencing symptoms and now believe i have a sinus infection after not being treated properly with antibiotics. I don't feel I should have to waste more money returning for another visit, when I would not still be sick if I was prescribed antibiotics to begin with...
