No for the names not matching already made it feel sketch. Then he had me waiting 50+ minutes to see a car I had scheduled to test drive. Because he refused to give me the name of the buisness and the address he gave me didn't take me to the buisness. Then someone was test driving the vehicle I wanted to buy and decided to buy it right as I finally got to the buisness. So I told him to forget it and didn't look at any other cars, for I don't like to have my time waisted. My dad said it was probably a scam to try and get me to offer more for the vehicle since I had already committed a lot of my time waiting for it. All and all I belive I lucked out in the long run after finding the name of the business and reading reviews; I bet he doesn't give out his name for he doesn't want people seeing all his bad reviews.
