No you will not need a passport if you live in the United States of America ,and want to travel to another state . A passport is only mandatory if you are traveling to another country outside of the U.S .

No

Only for international destinations.

Valid state issued driver's license or other government ID. Passports are for international travelers, although it might be possible to use a passport instead of license for domestic flights too. Not sure.

No passport needed. A valid drivers license is required, or state issued identification card as well as your flight itinerary.

Only if you leave the United States. State to state you need your license and to follow the security guidelines posted on the airlines websites etc.
