Food isn't a problem
Philadelphia have never problem with you bring your own food I have been there 2 time I don't have any problems
I've brought in cheese, tortillas, spicy chips. I take it to Puerto Rico from Chicago and TSA has never given me a problem. Actually I bought sandwiches at Johnny's steakhouse and brought it into the airport during a 7 hr layover
