You must wear a mask at all times and you don't need to be vaccinated to travel; unless you are leaving out of the country. My mom has been to FL, PR and CT; did not need be vaccinated or show proof of vaccination. Now, I don't know how much truth there is to this but they're saying that if you are traveling to a state that has a high number of covid you may need to be vaccinated and or possibly quarantined. You can find that information out with your travel agent or the airport itself. Hope this was helpful.
