The wheelchair can be ordered by going on the website..once you arrive at the airport tell an employee that you have a wheelchair reserved...the attendant will load your bags onto the cargo area of the chair...take you thru the screening...also to check your bag...if your already checked in[to ur flight] you may also board early... Yes.. Cab to plane .. Website. When I purchased my tickets on the Airport website I reserved the chair...
At the time of booking your flight, you are asked if you need any special assistance. Let them know what is needed. If you book online, request assistance via the online app. I would also call the airline following that booking to ensure that your needs will be met.
