The shuttle is quickest if it is there. Otherwise, a good jog is still 7-10 minutes, depending on exactly where you start and end. It is a good distance.
If you like exercise and have baggage plan on 12 to 15 minutes to walk the distance. Longer if you are not in top shape, in any case there are shuttles.
