There is a shuttle bus which may get you to your gate more quickly which is recommended for elderly, frail, or disabled travelers...or people who hate walking with their carry-ons. Walking from end to end is entirely inside, which protects you from the elements. Terminal E to Terminal F is a very short distance. Yes, walking is a good choice, but if you must, take the shuttle and you will be there in a couple of minutes.
