They only take people by appointments. The cost you will have to call them to find that out.
Not to sure on the cost, I think mine was around $40 when I got mine renewed a few months ago. So that should give you a ballpark figure. I do believe that they are still doing appointment. You just make them from there website. It sucks when they are out a week or 2. But it's fast when you do go in.
