When I order "large coffee' and I don't mention cream or sugar, that means I don't want cream or sugar. Its not rocket science. especially when nobody ASKED if I wanted it. Why would you ASSUME? Ruined my whole morning. Coffee is BLACK until you TELL someone it's not. My fault for expecting the teenager to understand the importance of how people take their coffee. This was yesterday morning and I'm still mad lol.

I have no idea why The Latina women that are managers at McDonald’s always think that they are royal and are the best. I am Latina but it is a disgrace to see McDonald Latina women being so rude to everyone every time I come here they need to fire the manager.They are so mean and rude especially here I do not recommend

Did u tell someone? You shuld have told the manager. And reported it its on the ticket who to contact
You can Google McDonald's corporate complaint number the store manager and store franchise number are on your receipt
You shouldn't be blaming the managers and the employees that are actually working for the fact that they don't have enough employees to open up the lobby area, it isn't their fault that people have grown lazier and lazier and would rather not get jobs or the are getting ride share and or delivery jobs.
This manager has obviously made himself unavailable the best way is to contact the city records. I have also tried to contact this person.
I'm not sure how often they do it at all all I'm going by is the drive-thru window
It depends on the location and how busy they are consistently on any particular day.
If you were in the drive through they probably actually didn't understand you. The microphones and headsets aren't great so it can be difficult sometimes, especially with accents.
