Why is it that you guys can't serve those with no cars. If it's that big of a deal to let people order at the front counter. Maybe you shouldn't be working fast food The way I see it. Is the managers and employees are to incompetent and lazy.

You shouldn't be blaming the managers and the employees that are actually working for the fact that they don't have enough employees to open up the lobby area, it isn't their fault that people have grown lazier and lazier and would rather not get jobs or the are getting ride share and or delivery jobs.

Is just the way it is, post covid. Some places did not open their lobbies, and don't plan on it anytime in the near future. You can not have pedestrians, where cars drive. It's a huge liability.

You could order online for pick up and stand in a pick up spot? Just saying..
