As a consumer who has paid his money for a service I have every right to complain as I or any customer see fit as a matter of fact it's encouraged so that a standard can be upheld. The title of manager says it all. It should bemanaged..be managed... obviously it's lacking, therefore the manager is the one in command he should be held accountable for his product. Chain of command is right but what if the main link is damaged? Respect and tact is key...we can agree on that...thanks
I believe if you have a complaint about this store you should start with the manager on duty there's no need to go to a higher above if you can take it to a lower that can handle it and if they can't handle it then you take it to a corporate manager because the corporate managers are the ones that are freaking over several stores and that you should be able to find online that runs those that store but always start with the little guys first so you don't humiliate or ruin their job try to make it good for everybody
